Home support is a service we provide to residental users. It is a shortened version of our business IT support made suitable for everyone to use our service.

We can install or update your anti-virus clients along with remove any malicious viruses or malware that may be underlying on your computer.

Troubleshooting

We can troubleshoot any errors you are recieving. Not only do we find fix the problem, we find out exactly what it was and inform you of what to avoid.

Networking & Hardware

We can install any new network equipment such as wireless routers, network printers, usb printers and any other type of hardware through our remote client.

Email & Office

We can setup email accounts, resolve issues with your client , teach you how to use microsoft office and even set up your mobile phone to recieve your mail.
